SHOPIFY PREMIER AGENCY · STOCKHOLM / MALMÖ
Shopify Plus agency in Sweden
ZAGO is a Shopify Premier Agency helping brands plan, build and improve Shopify Plus stores. Based in Stockholm and Malmö, we work with teams across Sweden on checkout, B2B, integrations and international storefronts.
We start with the requirements behind the upgrade, then agree what to build, how to test it and who will maintain it.
Start with the business case
Which requirement does your current setup fail to meet? It might be a wholesale pricing model, a checkout workflow or the way orders reach your warehouse. We map that requirement to the available plans and apps before recommending Plus.
The first scope covers required functionality, system dependencies, implementation cost and the ongoing work your team will own. Platform and app subscriptions are assessed separately from development.
What we can build on Shopify Plus
We turn your checkout requirements into a proposed solution using supported extensions and apps. The scope can include validation, delivery or payment rules, and storefront changes that support the purchase. We check plan requirements and existing app compatibility before development, then test the agreed customer journeys.
We map company accounts, catalogs, pricing, payment arrangements and sales-team workflows. The plan recommendation follows those requirements. Shopify B2B is available on several plans; we check whether your business needs the additional capabilities on Plus before proposing the build.
We define which system owns each record and how products, stock, orders and fulfilment updates move between systems. Test cases cover normal orders and exceptions such as partial fulfilments or failed syncs. Access, third-party responsibilities and support arrangements form part of the scope.
We review languages, currencies, domains, market content and your operating model before choosing between one store and separate storefronts. If you are moving from another platform, data mapping, redirects and launch coordination are planned as a migration workstream.
A delivery plan your team can follow
Discovery: agree the requirements, constraints and measures of success.
Design and build: review the proposed experience, then develop in a separate theme or test environment.
QA and launch: test the agreed journeys and integrations, record open issues and agree the release decision.
Handover: document the setup, train the people who will use it and agree the next support scope.
Shopify delivery in practice: Gardinex
For Gardinex, we moved a headless storefront into a native Shopify theme and worked on color filtering, size guides and a sizing quiz. The case shows how we approach storefront structure and features that the team needs to manage after launch.
Review the work, the design and the client’s account of the collaboration.
Questions about Shopify Plus
Start with the requirements your current setup cannot meet and the cost of solving them. A theme redesign, email program or international launch can often be delivered without Plus. We compare the available routes before recommending a plan.
No. Shopify B2B is available on Basic, Grow, Advanced and Plus. Plus adds capabilities such as unlimited catalogs and direct catalog assignment to companies. We assess your pricing and ordering requirements against the current B2B plan comparison.
We estimate the delivery after reviewing your store, systems and required changes. The budget separates the Shopify subscription, apps, implementation and ongoing support. Confirm platform fees and contract terms with Shopify; see the current Plus plan details.
A plan upgrade is different from moving a store from another platform. We review what stays in place and scope any new checkout, B2B or integration work separately. Moving from WooCommerce, Magento or another platform also needs a data and launch plan.
Yes. ZAGO is based in Stockholm and Malmö and works with brands across Sweden. We agree the contact person, review process and delivery responsibilities at the start. Our Shopify Partner Directory profile lists our current Premier tier.
