We are a certified Shopify Premier Partner, Shopify's highest partner tier. That status is earned through delivery rather than purchased, and it reflects the volume and standard of the work we do on the platform.
In practice it means two things for the merchants we work with: direct access to Shopify when something needs escalating, and a team that works on the platform daily rather than occasionally.
What we do
Our work falls into three areas that overlap more than most agencies admit.
- Design and build. New storefronts, theme development and custom functionality, including the apps we have built where the app store had no good answer.
- Migration. Moving brands onto Shopify from WooCommerce, Magento, Wix and headless setups, without losing the search visibility they already have.
- Marketing and optimisation. Email and SMS lifecycle programmes, social media, speed optimisation and conversion work on stores already trading.

Who we work with
We work with brands across beauty, fashion, jewellery, food, supplements, homeware and B2B, from independent labels to established retailers. Recent projects include storefronts for Sif Jakobs, DRKN, Care of Beds, Tusenö, Plantagen and Björk & Berries, among others.

How we approach a project
Most engagements start with understanding what is actually in the way, which is not always what it first appears to be. A store that is not converting sometimes needs a checkout fix rather than a redesign; a store that feels slow sometimes needs three apps removed rather than a rebuild.
We would rather tell you that early than sell you a larger project. If a store audit is the honest first step, we will say so.
